I was able to complete the process, got e-mails for both steps. What username are you trying to reset? You can mark the note "private" if you only want it visible to the timekoin team for the response. |

The username doesn't show up in the list, what e-mail address was connected to it? Recommend using a private response for that too. |

Ah, I see it now. The username is different, but I will send you the info directly to your e-mail address from the timekoin gmail address so you can reset it from there. |
