I was able to complete the process, got e-mails for both steps. What username are you trying to reset? You can mark the note "private" if you only want it visible to the timekoin team for the response.

The username doesn't show up in the list, what e-mail address was connected to it? Recommend using a private response for that too.

Ah, I see it now. The username is different, but I will send you the info directly to your e-mail address from the timekoin gmail address so you can reset it from there.
