- Resolves Balance issues in GUI when OpenSSL fails in Windows.
- History Tab coded to use RAM for sorting instead of DB, speeds up display when history is long.
- IP Filtering Updated to better filter IPs mixed into the Domain Field that shouldn't be there.
- Fix Transaction Checks that cycle backwards when connected with very slow peers.
- Permanent Peer Priority feature added to allow user to build a custom list of permanent peers that are always queried first before other peers in the list.
