DescriptionWhen using a high setting for the number of Reserve Peer List to use, you will often see blank entries with no IP or Domain name. The entries take up space that could be used for real reserve peers.

There appears to be no filtering for blank fields for IP & Domain at the same time instead of one or the other. Both blank field checking has been added that resolves the issue.
