Did you include your account # in the message field?

When you log into the market, the first page is a log of your account activity. Increase the number of log events shown, and see if there's a withdraw entry for the account of TKs you sent to your account. If so, you now know someone accessed your account and stole them.

Other than changing your market password, I don't think there's much you can do to get your TKs back.

These are the only actions not done by me:

Sent Private Message about Buying 1000 Timekoins to Username: warmach

Successful Login

I already changed my password. The timekoins seem never to have arrived in the market.

Check your server history. Maybe the transaction never went through.

I'd also say post the public key that sent the transaction. If your client / server still shows it as being sent, we should be able to find it in the transaction history. If we can find it in the transaction history, we can verify the address it was sent to and verify the account number in the message.

If that all checks out good, then our market administrator will need to figure out what happened on the other end.
