I am looking for a new web design layout for an upcoming Timekoin project. I am looking for HTML, CSS, and associated images to incorporate into this new project. The layout should include top, left, and right, navigation. It should also be expandable to fill the browser window, i.e. no hard coded widths. I do not at this time have any other hard requirements. I've learned that you get better results from creative people if they have less restrictions.
Project will be paid for in TK.
