Alpha Theme Engine implementation

Hello all,

I have integrated the Savant3 theme engine into TK.

This is proof-of-concept only. It will need a few tweaks if it were to be integrated into the main distribution (such as fixing the active class for plugins so they show as selected).

The version of TK this theme is based on is 3.49.

Please do not use this if you are not familar with PHP coding. This is a very alpha implementation and as such should be for testing use only.

Edit your CSS files, main.tpl.php, login.tpl.php and then change the template path in templates.php to reflect the directory your theme files are in.
