IPv4 removed for generating peer list

Post by collapse »

IPv4 Key removed from generating peer list, I think without reason because IPv6 continues at the moment.

Code: Select all

Can you post logs about this key related to generation peer manager?

I haven't looked at the logs, but for the IP4 election going on at this moment, there are 5 election requests. My guess is that some IP4 backbone/DNS/routers went offline and that separated some servers from the TK network.

One of my two servers was caught in that as well, so I'm feeling it too... ;)

Well, seems ... it's a network weak point.

If some servers have bad transactions (that does not include legit server generated currency):
Too Much Peer Conflict for Transaction Cycle #416740.
This cycle will remain empty until repaired with valid data.
Legit server remove itself from generating peer list.
IPv6 Public Key Removed Due to 2 Hour Idle Limit
And the bad transactions history became the "real" history.
My TK public key:

Code: Select all

Network broken?
Too much of:
Too Much Peer Conflict for Transaction Cycle
Any of your active peers have the same transaction history hash?

Code: Select all

http://host/timekoin/transclerk.php?action=history_hash
In my case all hashes are different.
My TK public key:

Code: Select all

Confirm all my ipv4 servers have lost generation status and are now unable to achieve 100% transaction history

Same issue happened to me as well.

Not sure how long it'll take to flesh out the problematic transaction. I wonder if someone is "testing" the network. Lol. Odd that so many computers lost their generation status.
